Our Story
VASSIL was founded by Stephen Vassil, a technology leader and architect who has spent over two decades building, fixing, and scaling real world systems for startups, enterprises, and government.
After leading technology departments, acting as CTO, and delivering complex platforms across finance, health, telecommunications, logistics, and government, Stephen saw a recurring pattern. Most organisations do not fail because of bad developers. They fail because of unclear direction, poor architectural decisions, and misaligned execution.
VASSIL exists to solve that problem.
We work hands on with founders, executives, and delivery teams to bring clarity, structure, and momentum to technology initiatives. This may involve stepping in as a fractional CTO, designing a target architecture, unblocking a stalled build, or guiding a team through delivery and scale.
